A photo of a bag of tea, a common staple in Irish households.

I often think to myself, what’s the most Irish thing In my home? Is it St. Bridget’s cross above our front door? Is it the holy water font in our hall? Then, it hit me.

Tea is essentially the most Irish thing we own. It’s a common thing to see when guests visit, along with a side of rich tea biscuits for dunking. Tea is by far one of the most heavily consumed products in our small country.

Anyway, hope you all like the photo!

Photo #220.
