Last year, we were asked to pick lines of dialogue from anything we wanted and create an animated kinetic typography piece using the words in our chosen dialogues. I had chosen the immortal words of Clarke Gable (“Frankly…”) from Gone With The Wind. I decided to add my own flair using some of the shapes in flash to make a house and some trees to put behind the words while they were moving, saving something special for the crescendo that is Gable’s most famous line. The project itself was easy to do as I was already very familiar with Flash at the time. Overall I think it looks a bit sloppy but still gets across the message of the dialogue.
